Staple Set Cylinder Brushes

This traditional method of manufacturing a cylinder brush involves drilling holes in a plastic or wood core and inserting fibers, fastened with a metal staple.  Many patterns are available based on the function the brush will provide.  A herringbone pattern will either move material toward or away from the center of a conveyor.  A spiral pattern can move material to either side.  Use a full pattern for a clean sweep.<!-- LANDING  -->
