Wire Wound Cylinder Brush

Wire Wound Cylinder brushes are made by machining a spiral groove on a heavy wall tube.  The fiber is pulled into the groove under a retaining wire using high force.  These brushes have excellent fiber retention strength.  Many different types of materials can be combined based upon the application.  They can also be made extremely dense as compared to other methods of construction.  They are commonly used for conveyor cleaning, dust removal, material leveling, glass washing and many other applications.  Please call to discuss your application and for pricing.
